Bird on a Wire is an
awkwardly poised sculpture. 
It could almost fall over. 
This abstract form is
suggestive of many things…
opening, avian, and
a question of balance. 
The patina is very unusual
for a bronze and
continues my quest into
new and inventive patinas. 
The bronze piece is set
on polished black granite.
